Yesterday we went to Cary for Blair's first birthday party! It is so hard to believe she is already a year old. It seems like yesterday that Aunt Al, Aunt Gail and Lesley were blowing my phone up about 10:30am to tell me it was time to head to Chapel Hill, that Baby Girl was on her way!! I don't think I have ever been so excited. It was a long night, but she finally decided to join us in the wee hours of the morning.
Lindsay had the house decorated so cute for the birthday party. Everything was decorated in bright pink and green.

After she had a great time eating cake, it was time for her to open all of her gifts. She got some cute outfits, books, toys and even some special gifts.

After the birthday party, Lindsay and Brett's friends gave them a surprise baby shower. They are expecting twins in June, a boy and girl. We are all so very excited, as this is the first of twins for our family. I didn't take many pictures at the shower, because we had to head back home, but here is a picture of Lindsay.
What a great day we had in Cary. The babies will be here before we know it!!
