It has been a while since I have given an update on my house. As I was getting ready for church this morning, my phone beeped, indicating I had an email. I received an email requesting for a realtor to show my house. Of course, I confirmed!
My house was shown today from 2:00-3:00. After about an hour, I am just waiting for my phone to beep again, to know that I have received a follow-up email. The showing realtor always fills out a survey to inform me of the interested buyer's thoughts. I received positive feedback from today. The people who came to look at the house were not ready to make a decision due to wanting to look at a few more houses.
It is my prayer that the people who looked at my house today will be very interested. I have been praying for God's will in the selling of my house, but have been so specific in asking him to help it sell by the time my mortgage payment is due May 1. We shall see what God has in store for mi casa!!!
