Oysters with the Crew

Last night we steamed oysters with the crew (the Beddards, the Meeks, the Radfords and us). We had a lot of fun.  It had rained all day yesterday, but it cleared up right before we headed over to the Beddards.  I think this might turn into an annual event. 

After the boys and Katie enjoyed some oysters and the rest of us non-oyster eaters finished eating it was time to open presents.  Over the past few years we have drawn names between the 8 of us.  We try our best to keep it a secret on the name that we have drawn.  I would say we did a pretty good job this year. 

Elizabeth drew my name.  She definitely didn't disappoint.  She gave me an acrylic tray with my monogram on it, an ornament with my wedding invitation cut up inside and an ice bucket that had all of our wedding shower invitations and wedding invitation on it.  It was by far my favorite gift.  Take a look...
