18 Months

Braden turned 18 months on April 1.  I wanted to wait until he had his 18 month well-child visit before I did this post, so I could document his stats.

Of course we are behind in his well-visits due to him being sick his first year.

Head - 48.5 cm - Around 85 Percentile

Weight:  25 pounds 1.2 ounces - Around 50 Percentile

Height:  34 1/2 inches - 97 Percentile

Braden is still tall and skinny :) He was supposed to get shots, but lucked out because they didn't have the one he needed.

He has really started to recognize animals and sounds.  He can identify the following animals:  monkey, horse, zebra, bear, cow, pig, sheep, donkey, rooster, duck and goose.  I am sure there are more, but these are the only ones I have documented.  He also knows the following sounds:  bird, cow, cow boy, Indian, sheep, bear, pirate, lion, horn.

Started sleeping in a big boy bed, but not a great sleeper  

Loves everything with wheels (trucks, tractors)

Obsessed with Blippi (YouTube videos about trucks/tractors)

Has hit the terrible twos

Has around 50 words or more

Has 16 teeth

Wears 24 month clothes

Size 4 diapers

Braden, you are growing up to be such a sweet big boy.  We love this stage of your little life, but secretly mommy misses you as a baby :)
