Here is what life was like for us Bowens in August...
We wrapped up B keeping Braden one day a week.
Summer Olympics were a hot topic. On opening day we supported USA by wearing Red, White & Blue.
We celebrated Anna Kate turing 6, with a pajama party.
I got to love on this sweet girl at the birthday party...
While her mommy loved on my sweet boy.
After celebrating AK, we were off to Kinston to celebrate Big with the whole family. I can't believe I didn't get a picture of Big, but I got a picture of all the great grandchildren.
Me and this little one's mommy were twins...should have taken a picture of us!
Beau taking it all in...
and the big girls provided us with music, singing their VBS songs.
I love it when we can get all the kids together. Us big cousins are all so close, so I hope the great grandchildren can be too!! We missed you Brody!
Laundry baskets are still a hit around here.
If Braden ever gets one of our phones, he always pretends to take a selfie...guess we're always taking pictures of him.
We took another trip to the beach with just us and Nook.
This is when this little guy fell in love with doughnuts.
I went to go get a hair cut while this little one stayed with Uncle J.
One morning we went to Aunt Johni's to let Braden swim for a little while.
(Excuse the eyes being closed)
We also did our monthly couple's date night. I didn't get a picture of all of us, but I did get one holding this precious one...
Well, that sums up August, now that September is in full swing. Before long, we will be celebrating a special little boy turning 2!!!
