I said YES!!

Some of you already know, but I got engaged Christmas Eve.  Brad had everything planned out just pefectly, but leave it to me to mess up his plan.  Here goes our proposal story...

I began opening my presents.  I got to my last present, which I had no clue what it was.  I opened the box, only to find another wrapped box inside.  I opened that box, which was an Ipod Touch, or so I thought.  I said Brad, you got me an Ipod Touch, oh my gosh.  I started opening it, pulling out tissue paper that was inside and throwing it in the trash bag beside me.  As I finished opening it, there was no Ipod, it was only a bunch of change taped to the box.  I said' "there's no Ipod in here."  Brad, with a smile on his face, said "Taylor, you missed it, go back."  So I dug back into the trash bag and pulled out the tissue paper.  I opened the tissue paper and found my ring.  I looked at it and said "oh my gosh, are you serious?!?"  After looking at it for a while, I just stuck it on my finger.  Brad looked at me like I was crazy and told me to take it off, he was supposed to be the one to put it on me.  So, I took it off, he got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him...I said YES!!!

Well that is our proposal story.  Would you believe that I do not have any pictures of us the night we got engaged.  I am sure that there will be many pictures of us to come.

I created a new blog so I would be able to document all the planning of our big day, which is July 9, 2011.
