Couples Shower

Last night my home town, girl friends' parents hosted a Couples Shower for Brad and me. 

We had the best time.  The food was delicious and the entertainment was great!

After dinner, we played a game of how well Brad and I know each other.  Out of 25 questions, we only disagreed on 4 of them...guess we know each other pretty well!

This must have been the question on who is the best cook...

...ME, duh!!

After we played the game, which gave everyone a pretty good laugh, we enjoyed some cake.  I must say Sam's bakes really good cakes.

Now that we were nice and full, it was time to open gifts.  We received a lot of fun, nice things as well as some gift certificates that will definitely be helpful as we do some things around the house.

Brad's parents gave us a recliner!!

 Brad was super excited about Christmas decorations that we got.

 These are Christmas trees that will go on the dining room table during Christmas!

 Brad will be washing the dishes, that's why Melissa wanted to make sure he opened the gift from her.
