Cookout

Last night we cooked out for my daddy's birthday, which is Wednesday.  I asked him what he would like to have to eat and he said he had not had a good cheeseburger in a while and that sounded good...so that is just what we had, hamburgers and hot dogs.  Allyson Lake brought sausage dip for our appetizer.  It was so good that it was gone in like 10 minutes.  Brad cooked the hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill.  I fixed baked beans and some french fries.  We had a great time hanging out with one another!

Brad and I are glad you all came over.  We had a lot of fun spending time with everyone!!!

Today has been a rainy day.  We slept in until 10:00!!  I told Brad that we have got to start setting our alarm because we have slept late the past two Sundays and have missed church.  I know...shame on us!!  Since we slept late, we decided to be super lazy.  Brad was in the bed watching a movie and I was on the couch watching...

The Bowens gave it to me for Christmas and today was the first time I had seen it.  This movie was really good.  I would highly recommend!!

We got out in the rain a little while ago for a late lunch, early supper.  Now it is back in for the night.  It is still rainy, but i am secretly praying for SNOW!!!
