It is tradition to eat the top tier of your wedding cake on your first anniversary. Since our wedding cake was not a really large one, Mrs. Judy, the lady who made our cake, made us a personal one to freeze for our anniversary.
Due to us being in Jamaica on our anniversary, we didn't get to eat it until Friday night.
Even after being frozen for an entire year...it was still DELICIOUS!!!
Thanks again Mrs. Judy for baking our wedding cake...it did not disappoint!!!
