6 Months

Since Braden will be 7 months old next week, I think it is time I do his 6 month post.

The reason why I waited so long to do his 6 month post was because we were delayed in our well-child visit, due to him being sick, once again.  He had another terrible cold, which ended up turning into a double ear infection.  He was on an antibiotic and a nebulizer so we wanted to delay his shots until he was well.

He did really well with his shots.  As soon as I got his car seat in the car and got in the front seat, he had passed out.

Here are his stats from the doctor's visit...

Weight:  17 pounds 13.9 ounces

Height:  28.5 inches

Head:  44cm

I can not remember all of the percentages for his measurements because they forgot to give me the print out. I do know we are in the 94-96% for height.  I believe someone is going to be tall like their daddy!!

Here is what Braden is up to at 6 months...

Loves to pull hair and kiss your face

Loves music

Loves to play with his feet and put them in his mouth

Loves to read books

Loves to swing

Started sitting up and absolutely loves it (he is so nosy)

Wants to crawl so bad

Rolls from back to tummy

Wears 9 month clothes

Drinks four 8oz bottles a day

Still eating just carrots and sweet potatoes

I know I say this all the time, but time is flying by with this little one...we are enjoying every minute of it!
