Back on Mother's Day weekend my cousin, Lesley, announced her pregnancy.
I knew I wanted to be there when this little miracle was born. I am praying Butler and Braden will be tight just like their mom's.
We all enjoyed spending the day together. We were able to sit in cousin's room pretty much the entire time, until it was delivery time. So what do you do while you wait for a baby to arrive...
You get prepared...
You go eat dinner with the little cousins
and you take naps during the wee hours of the morning
I was able to be in there during the delivery. Child birth is truly amazing. Besides Braden, this is the first birth I have actually been a part of. It is definitely something I will always remember.
Lesley had some great coaches.
Butler Elizabeth Jernigan was born November 14 at 6:12am weighing in at 7 pounds 8 ounces and 19 inches long.
Isn't she just precious?!?
Lesley and Brad...there is nothing better than being parents. Enjoy these moments because they go by so fast.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this special day. It is something I will always cherish!!
