Now that Braden is a year old, I will just update every few months on what he is up to. He turned 15 months old New Years day...Happy New Year!!
(I promise he was happy...just staring hard at the wood in Lowes.)
Braden has been doing lots of new things over the last three months. One of the major things was him starting to walk.
He started walking around 14 1/2 months, which was just a week or so before Christmas.
Why I am thankful that he is now walking, since he is so heavy, it takes a lot to keep up with this little guy now. He went from crawling to practically running.
One of the reasons I waited so late to put this post up was because I wanted to post his 15 month stats.
Head: 46.4cm - Around 50 Percentile
Weight: 23 Pounds 15.9 Ounces - Between 50-60 Percentile
Height: 33 1/2 Inches - Around 97 Percentile
Dr. Stewart said that Braden was tall and thin, with a long torso. We hope he continues to be tall, but maybe not as tall as his daddy. Of course, being thin can only be good :)
Here is what our wild and crazy Braden is up to at 15 Months...
Loves to climb in your lap and read books
Likes to wave hey and bye
Loved the Christmas trees
Knows what a cow says
Points to other's nose
Says hey to everyone in sight
Knows what Santa says
Completely on table food/sippy cups
Loves milk and water
Combines 2 words
Pretends everything is a phone
Has 10 teeth
Wears 18 month clothes
Wears size 4 diapers
As of now, which he is almost 16 months old, Braden has around 30 words...of course, none of them being mommy. It is not because we haven't worked on it, he is just not a big fan of words that start with "M". We will continue to work on it daily. Hopefully when I do his 18 month post, I can say he is saying mommy.
Braden, we can hardly believe you are growing up so quickly. It seems just like yesterday we were holding you, which never happens anymore. We love you so little man!!
