One-Pot Pork Chop Supper

Yesterday I was looking around at different blogs to find a recipe to cook last night.  I follow Mimi's Making Meals and found this one-pot pork chop supper on her blog.  I cooked it, and I must say it was pretty good, so I decided to share it with y'all.

Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
can of tomato soup
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
6-8 small potatoes, quartered
15-20 baby carrots
1 med onion (I just sprinkled onion powder in mine)

Cooking Instructions
salt/pepper pork chops
brown pork chops
combine all other ingredients
after pork chops are browned, add remaining ingredients
cover and cook on med/low for 1 1/4 hrs, or until veggies are tender
I served mine with a side of rice.
I will be sure to share other recipes that we try.  I wish I could try a new recipe every week...we will have to see how that goes.  Please let me know if you try this recipe and what you think!!
