Tonight I cooked one of the many recipes that I have found on Pinterest. In case I have not mentioned it before, I am in love with Pinterest!!!
A while back I had found the recipe for Tortilla Pizza.
I had not cooked it before, so I figured tonight would be a good night. Something quick and simple! I must say it was really good. I was a little hesitant on how it would taste, but I was really impressed. The picture above is not the pizza I cooked, it is the one off of Pinterest. I cooked one with hamburger and pepperoni.
Here is the recipe!!
Ingredients
1 large tortilla
3 tbsp of pizza sauce
1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese
Toppings of choice: hamburger and pepperoni
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Spread pizza sauce on tortilla
Top with cheese
Top with whatever toppings of your choice
Bake for 10 minutes
