Brad wanted to go fishing on Sunday with some of the guys, so I thought it would be a great idea to take an overnight beach trip. We left late Saturday afternoon and headed to the coast.
We normally would have driven Brad's truck, but I told him my car was already dirty, so we could just drive my car. It is a good thing we did because after we went through New Bern it POURED down rain.

We could not have asked for better weather on Sunday. It was warm to begin with, but then there was a constant breeze.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I went out on the beach at 11:00 and didn't come back up until 4:00. Brad had a great time fishing, but they didn't have a lot of luck.
Both of us were wishing we were still down at the beach today. Hope you all have had a great Monday!!
